Maritime and Coastguard Agency is consulting on the draft Marine Guidance Note MGN 681 (M) “Fire safety and storage of small electric powered craft on yachts”.  Consultation closes 9th January 2023. The Environment Agency is consulting on proposals to change standard rules permits for medium combustion plant and specified generators. Consultation closes 8th January 2023. The purpose of this consultation is to introduce changes associated with the implementation of the Medium Combustion Plant Directive (MCPD) EU/2015/2193.
