Maritime and Coastguard Agency is consulting on the draft Marine Guidance Note MGN 681 (M) “Fire safety and storage of small electric powered craft on yachts”. Consultation closes 9th January 2023. Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities is consulting on the design and implementation of the Building Safety Levy. Consultation closes 7th February 2023. These amendments include a proposal to make electricity supplied by private wire to offshore oil and gas facilities ineligible for CfD payments. The consultation also covers questions about:;
