Environmental Permitting Regulations

DEFRA is consulting on proposals to amend the Environmental Permitting Regulations (England and Wales). The amendment will transpose Directive 2014/99/EU on Stage II Petrol Vapour Recovery during Refuelling of Motor Vehicles at Service Stations. Consultation closes 11th January 2016.
