The Environment Agency is consulting on charge proposals from October 2021.  These changes will cover charges for water abstraction on the Isles of Scilly and charges for regulating fusion activities.  The latter sector will be brought under the Environmental Permitting Charging Scheme by extending the definition of a ‘specified radioactive substances activity.
