DEFRA consultation on draft Clean Air Zone Framework,

The Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is consulting on the draft Clean Air Zone Framework, which sets out how Clean Air Zones should be implemented, and on the draft regulation mandating the implementation of Clean Air Zones in Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham, Derby and Southampton along with the associated impact assessment. Consultation on revisions to the European Electronic Communications Framework

Consultation on WEEE compliance fees

The Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is consulting on WEEE compliance fee methodology 2016. Consultation closes 25th November. HSE propose changes to INDG163

HSE has recently published some proposed changes to the risk assessment guidance contained in INDG163, which would allow duty holders some flexibility to rely on other documents such as procedures, safe systems of work etc. to demonstrate a record of the significant findings of their risk assessment. A draft of the guidance changes and short questionnaire is currently live on their website www.hse.gov.uk/risk/news.htm
