WSI 2020/44. The Official Controls (Animals, Feed and Food, Plant Health Fees etc.) (Wales) Regulations 2020. Comes into force 31st January. These Regulations replace the Official Controls (Animals, Food and Feed) (Wales) Regulations 2007(S.I. 2007/196 (W.15)) and substantially amend the Trade in Animals and Related Products (Wales) Regulations 2011 (S.I. 2011/2379 (W. 252)).
