MCA Consult on documents relating to offshore renewables

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency’s (MCA) is reviewing documents relating to Offshore Renewable Energy Installations taking account of the rapid expansion in the renewables industry over the last few years.   The consultation covers three documents:

• Guidance on Navigational Practice, Safety and Emergency Response for Offshore Renewable Energy Installations (OREIs)
• Guidance to Mariners operating in the vicinity of UK OREIs
• Revised Methodology for assessing the Navigational Safety and Emergency Response of Offshore Renewable Energy Installations
