The Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (Wales) Regulations 2017.  Comes into force 16^th May. These Regulations revoke and replace The Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (Wales) Regulations 2007 (WSI 2007/2933).

These Regulations implement Directive 2011/92/EU on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment in relation to projects for the restructuring of rural land holdings and projects for the use of uncultivated land or semi-natural areas for intensive agricultural purposes.
