SSI 2023/35. The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development and Use Classes) (Scotland) Miscellaneous Amendment Order 2023.  Comes into force 31^st March. This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992 and the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Scotland) Order 1997.  Permitted developments include outdoor serveries, solar canopies, battery storage and equipment housing for recharging vehicles. Also covered are developments associated with docks, piers, harbours, water transport, canals or inland navigation undertakings.
