RI 2023/29. European Union (Basic Safety Standards for Protection Against Dangers Arising From Medical Exposure To Ionising Radiation) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 1^st February. These Regulations amend RI 2018/256 Basic Safety Standards for Protection Against Dangers Arising from Medical Exposure to Ionising Radiation) Regulations 2018 to take account of the 2016 and 2019 Corrigendums to EU Council Directive 2013/59/EURATOM of 5 December 2013. The principal amendment covers the establishing, recognising and monitoring of ethics committees (new Part 8).
