SI 2020/1422. The Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2020. Comes into force on 28th December. These Regulations amend SI 2012/3118 Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 by adding a new requirement for the reporting of inspection of air-conditioning systems.
