SI 2020/1421

SI 2020/1421. The Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.  Comes into force come into force on IP completion day.  These Regulations make amendments to legislation in the field of environmental protection, and, in particular, amend legislation relating to the risk assessment, deliberate release, transboundary movements, traceability and labelling, unique identifiers, and placing on the market of genetically modified organisms.  The Regulations make minor amendments to SI 2019/759 Food and Farming (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and SI 2019/90 Genetically Modified Organisms (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
