WSI 2016/691

The Waste (Meaning of Recovery) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Wales) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 31st July 2016. Makes minor amendments to the interpretation sections of five regulations. These are;
• Landfill Allowances Scheme (Wales) Regulations 2004 (WSI 2004/1490),
• Hazardous Waste (Wales) Regulations 2005 (WSI 2005/1806),
• Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2010 (SI 2010/ 675).
• The Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011 (SI 2011/988)
• Recycling, Preparation for Re-use and Composting Targets (Monitoring and Penalties) (Wales) Regulations 2011 (WSI 2011/1014).
