SI 2023/1244. The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) (England and Wales) Regulations 2023. Comes into force 1^st January 2024. These Regulations amend the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/871). They amend the recycling target levels in Schedule 2.
