The Town and Country Planning (Fees for Monitoring Surface Coal Mining Sites) (Scotland) Regulations 2017. Comes into force 1st January 2018. These Regulations provide for fees to be paid to planning authorities in relation to site visits made for the purpose of monitoring compliance with surface coal mineral permissions. Regulation 3 specifies when a fee is payable and the amount to be paid.
