The Agriculture, Land Drainage and Irrigation Projects (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017. Comes into force 16^th May.  These Regulations revoke and re-enact and update, with savings, the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (SSI 2006/582) and Part IV of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/1).
