SR 2017/90. The Equipment and Protective Systems Intended for Use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017. Comes into force 10^th July.  These Regulations transpose, into law for Northern Ireland, Directive 2014/34/EU on equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.  They revoke and replace the Equipment and Protective Systems Intended for Use in Potentially Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 (SR 1996/247).
