The Drainage (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2017. Comes into force 16^th May. These Regulations revoke and replace the Drainage (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006. (SR 2006/34).   These Regulations implement, for Northern Ireland, Council Directive 2011/92/EU on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, in respect of drainage schemes and drainage works.
