SI 2024/127. The Railways (Revocation and Consequential Provision) Regulations 2024.  Comes into force 4^th March. These Regulations amend The Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/599) by omitting the definition of “European Union Agency for Railways, in Reg 2, paragraphs (6) and (7) in Regulation 15 and sub-paragraph (b), (i), (bb) in paragraph 1 of Schedule 2.
