SI 2023/850.   The Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2023.  Coming into force 1^st January 2024. This Order amends the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme Order 2020 (SI 2020/1265). Amendments are made to Article 34B (allocation tables), Schedule 4 (Monitoring and Reporting), Schedule 5A (registry) and Schedule 8A (free allocation for former hospital or small emitters and ultra-small emitters).    It also amends the UK ETS Order, Commission Delegated Regulation (EU 2019/3310) and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU 2019/1842).
