SI 2023/721. The Packaging Waste (Data Reporting) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2023. Comes into force 30th June. These Regulations amend The Packaging Waste (Data Reporting) (England) Regulations 2023 (SI 2023/219) to clarify when a brand owner is a producer in relation to packaging, to assign responsibility for certain packaging to packer/fillers, rather than brand owners and to importers, and to make further provision in relation to offences under the Regulations.
