SI 2023/540. The Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2023. Comes into force 30^th June. These Regulations amend the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/599).  The amendment ends the use of EU-issued certificates for entities in charge of maintenance (“ECM”) responsible for freight wagons in domestic traffic in Great Britain.
