SI 2023/504.  The Building (Public Bodies and Higher-Risk Building Work) (England) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force on the same date, still to be announced, as Section 32 of the Building Safety Act 2022. Amends Sections 5, an exemption granted under that section has no effect in relation to higher-risk building work, and 54, higher-risk building work will be supervised by the building safety regulator,  and Schedule 4 of Building Act 1984 (A 1984 c.55).
