SI 2023/247. The Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 1^st April. These Regulations amend the Health and Safety and Nuclear (Fees) Regulations 2022 (SI 2022/1378).  These Regulations allow the recovery of costs associated with applications under the Ionising Radiations Regulations 2017, allow the recover the costs of work relating to licences under the Explosives Regulations 2014, the Acetylene Safety (England and Wales and Scotland) Regulations 2014 and the Dangerous Goods in Harbour Areas Regulations 2016 and change the way in which certain fees are determined.
