SI 2023/1331. The Green Gas Support Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 1^st December. These Regulations amend the Green Gas Support Scheme Regulations 2021 (SI 2021/1335). Amendments correct a drafting error in the formula used to calculate the levy rate, make amendments in relation to credit cover, permit the Secretary of State to set an annual de minimis threshold and cover the cessation to be a scheme supplier.
