SI 2023/1289. The Prohibition on the Incineration, or the Deposit in Landfill, of Specified Waste (Wales) Regulations 2023. Comes into force 6^th April 2024. These Regulations amend, for Wales only, Schedules 9 and 10 of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/1154). The amendment prohibits incineration or landfilling of waste food, small electrical and electronic equipment, card, cartons, certain textiles and wood.
