SI 2023/1279

SI 2023/1279.  The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development etc.) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023.  Comes into force 21^st December. This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015/596).  Amendments are to Class M (extensions etc for schools, colleges, universities, prisons and hospitals), Class A, B, J and K (installation or alteration etc of solar equipment on domestic premises) of Schedule 2.
