SI 2022/144 The Pesticides (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2022. Comes into force 4th April. These Regulations revoke thirty-one retained EU Regulations (listed in the schedule) relating to pesticides and, in particular, legislation relating to plant protection products and maximum residue levels.
