SI 2021/758.  The Contracts for Difference (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2021.  Comes into force 25^th June.  These Regulations amend SI 2014/2010; the Contracts for Difference (Definition of Eligible Generator) Regulations 2014, SI 2014/2013; the Electricity Market Reform (General) Regulations 2014 and SI 2014/2011; the Contracts for Difference (Allocation) Regulations 2014.  SI 2014/2010 is amended by removal of “biomass conversion station” from the list of eligible generators that can apply for a CFD. SI 2010/2013 is amended by the revision of the criteria that eligible generators must meet before their supply chain application or supply chain implementation application is approved. SI 2014/2011 is amended by revisions to the process of  the competitive allocation round.
