SI 2020/1376.  The Pesticides (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020. Comes into force immediately before IP completion day. These Regulations amend SI 2019/556 The Plant Protection Products (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, SI 2019/306 The Pesticides and Fertilisers (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 and SI 2019/557 The Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.  These Regulations also amend retained direct EU legislation in the field of pesticides and plant protection products.
