SI 2019/1476. The Official Feed and Food Controls (England) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019. Comes into force 14^th December. These Regulations amend the Official Feed and Food Controls (England) Regulations 2009 (SI 2009/3255), the Plastic Kitchenware (Conditions on Imports from China) (England) Regulations 2011 (SI 2011/1517), the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/2996) and the Animal Feed (Hygiene, Sampling etc and Enforcement) (England) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/454) by updating references to EU legislation that has been revoked and replaced by Regulation (EU) 2017/625 on official controls and other official activities performed to ensure the application of food and feed law, rules on animal health and welfare, plant health and plant protection products.
