The Plant Health (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2018.  Comes into force 1^st April.  This Order amends the Plant Health (England) Order 2015 (SI 2015/610) to implement EU Directives on the movement of seeds of Solanum tuberosum, on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community and on movement, storage and processing of certain fruits and their hybrids originating in third countries to prevent the introduction into the Union of certain harmful organisms.
