SI 2016/912. The Energy (Transfer of Functions, Consequential Amendments and Revocation) Regulations 2016. Comes into force 1^st October.  Following transfer of a number of energy related functions from the Department of Energy and Climate Change to the Oil and Gas Authority (OGA) this regulation amends:
