RI 2023/188. Sea Pollution (Ballast Water Management Convention) Regulations 2023. Regulation published 19^th April. These Regulations apply to Irish and other designated ships and any other ship which enters a RoI a port, harbour or repair yard in the State.  The Regulations cover the design and construction of ballast water management systems and the management and control of such systems. The Regulations also cover ship’s sediment management systems and reception facilities for such sediments.
