RI 2024/122. Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Carcinogens, Mutagens and Reprotoxic Substances) Regulations 2024. Regulation published 29^th March. These Regulations revoke the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Carcinogens) Regulations, 2001 (RI 2001/78). These Regulations give effect to Directive (EU) 2022/431 on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work.
