Republic of Ireland RI 2023/63

RI 2023/63. Waste Management (Collection Permit) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.  Comes into force 14^th February.  These Regulations amend RI 2007/820 Waste Management (Collection Permit) Regulations 2007. The principal amendments are the introduction of incentivised charging for commercial customers, the provision of specified waste bins to all commercial customers, the weighing of each collection of commercial waste and the inclusion of soft plastics on the list of recyclable materials.
