BEIS consultation on environmental impact assessments

The Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy is consulting on proposals for implementing amendments to the European Union Directive on environmental impact assessment as the Directive applies to the Electricity Works Regulations and to the Offshore Production and Pipe-lines Regulations.
