MCA consultation to reduce pollution from ships

Revocations by the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023.

This Act passed into law on 29th June.  The Act revokes, on 31st December, some six hundred items of subordinate legislation and retained direct EU legislation, listed in Schedule 1. The following are listed on the Simplifi website.

  • Loading and Unloading of Fishing Vessels Regulations 1988 (S.I. 1988/1656)
  • Motor Fuel (Road Vehicle and Mobile Machinery) Greenhouse Gas Emissions Reporting Regulations 2012 (S.I. 2012/3030)
  • National Emission Ceilings Regulations 2018 (S.I. 2018/129)
  • Posted Workers (Agency Workers) Regulations 2020 (S.I. 2020/384)

  • Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures – Annex VIII only.
  • Commission Delegated Regulations (EU 1078/2014), (EU 2015/229), (EU) 2019/33, (EU) 2019/1701 and (EU 2020/168) amending Annex 1 and V of Regulation (EU) No 649/2012  concerning the export and import of hazardous chemicals.
