The Water Supply (Water Quality) (Amendment) Regulations 2016. These Regulations amend the Water Supply (Water Quality) Regulations 2010 (WSI 2010/994) with respect to potable water supplied in Wales. Came into force 14th April. There is a new regulation 6A on monitoring for radon, tritium and indicative dose. There is also a new Schedule 2A (radioactive substances parameters), a new Schedule 3A (monitoring of radioactive substances) and a new Schedule 5 (monitoring for indicative dose and analytical performance characteristics).
