SI 2025/1276. The Ozone-Depleting Substances (Grant of Halon Derogations) Regulations 2025. Comes into force 30th December. These Regulations provide derogations, from the requirements of EU Regulation on Ozone-Depleting Substances (EC 1005/2009) on the use of halon 1211 in portable fire extinguishers, in specified Defence and Loganair aircraft.
