SI 2026/305. The Merchant Shipping (Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments) (Amendment) Regulations 2026. Comes into force 15th April. These Regulations amend Merchant Shipping (Control and Management of Ships’ Ballast Water and Sediments) Regulations 2022 (SI 2022/737) concerning electronic rule books. They also make minor textural amendments to Schedule 1 to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations 2018 (SI 2018/1104).
