SI 2026/82. The Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) Regulations 2026. Brings into force on 5th February Sections 67 and 68, 70 to 73, 75 to 77, 80 and 81, 83, 85 to 87, 98 to 101, 105, 110, 112, 114 to 116, 120 and 121, 130, 132 and Schedules 5 to 9, 11 to 13 and 15 of the Act (A 2025 c.18). Also brings into force on 19th June Section 103 and Schedule 10 of the Act.
