The Carbon Capture Utilisation and Storage and Offshore Hydrogen Production (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026

SI 2026/185. The Carbon Capture Utilisation and Storage and Offshore Hydrogen Production (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026. Comes into force 6^th April.  These Regulations make amendments to:

1. the Offshore Installations and Pipeline Works (Management and Administration) Regulations 1995(SI 1995/738),
2. the Offshore Installations (Prevention of Fire and Explosion, and Emergency Response) Regulations 1995 (SI 1995/743)
3. the Pipelines Safety Regulations 1996 (SI 1996/825)
4. the Offshore Installations and Wells (Design and Construction, etc.) Regulations 1996 (SI 1996/913),
5. the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (SI 2013/1471),
6. the Offshore Installations (Offshore Safety Directive) (Safety Case etc.) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/398)
