SI 2019/195. The Nuclear Safeguards (Fissionable Material and Relevant International Agreements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.   Published Feb 2019. These Regulations define Fissionable Material and list the relevant international agreements for the purposes of section 112(1A) of the Energy Act 2013.

SI 2019/196. The Nuclear Safeguards (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.   Published Feb 2019. These Regulations set out the United Kingdom regime for nuclear safeguards in civil activities.

SI 2019/571.  The Shipments of Radioactive Substances (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.  Published Mar 2019.  These Regulations revoke Council Regulation (Euratom) 1493/93. Following that revocation, the Regulations provide for a similar regime in relation to the import of sealed sources into the UK from European Union Member States.
