SR 2016/266. The Control of Electromagnetic Fields at Work Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016. Comes into force 1st August. These Regulations implement, as respects Northern Ireland, Directive 2013/35/EU on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (electromagnetic fields). The corresponding Regulations for the rest of the UK are the Control of Electromagnetic Fields at Work Regulations 2016 (SI 2016/588).
