Simplifi October news letter

In our October newsletter we list one amendment to a UK Statutory Instrument and one new piece of EU legislation.  We note two consultations and report two news items which we trust will be of interest. Sadly work place accidents continue.

At the request of our customers, the Simpfi team have started linking regulations to statutory guidance documents.  Where guidance is available, it is shown against the title of the regulations. When you click on the (highlighted blue) link you will be taken to the Guidance document(s). The example below, for The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 shows that there are four pieces of guidance available.
