In our May 2021 newsletter, we report on the publication of two new Statuary Instruments concerning climate change and merchant shipping.  We note amendments to legislation on Air quality, climate change, plant health and waste. We report one amendment to Republic of Ireland safety legislation and a new EU environmental regulation.  We highlight consultations on product safety and entry into confined spaces.  There are two prosecutions of note.
