SI 2024/860.  The Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2024.  Comes into force 20^th August.  Section 212 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023 brought Part 1 and Sections 209, 201, 211 (3) & (4), 212 and 213 of that Act into force on 15^th June 2023. This Order brings into force the remaining provisions of the Act with the exception of Section 147 – steps for preservation of listed buildings in disrepair.
