SI 2024/706. The Energy Act 2023 (Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2024.  Comes into force 30^th May. These Regulations make amendments to The Gas Act 1986, The Electricity Act 1989 and The Energy Act 2013 to take account of new licensable activities to be carried out by the ISOP (Independent System Operator and Planner), in its role as electricity system operator and gas system planner, or the Code Managers.
