SI 2024/41. The Higher-Risk Buildings (Keeping and Provision of Information etc.) (England) Regulations 2024.  Comes into force 16^th January. These Regulations define the information and documents the principal accountable person (“PAP”) and any other accountable person (“AP”) for a higher-risk building must keep in relation to that higher-risk building.
